Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
This policy explains how varsityagency.io uses cookies and similar technologies, what they do, and how you can control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember things between pages and visits. Similar technologies, such as tracking pixels, local storage and software development kits, do much the same job. In this policy we call all of them “cookies.”
2. Why we use them
We use cookies to keep the site working, to understand which pages and ads bring people here, and to measure and improve our own advertising. We are an advertising agency, so we use the same measurement tools we use for clients.
3. The cookies this site uses
Essential
Set by Webflow, which hosts this site, to serve pages, keep the site secure and remember basic preferences. The site cannot work properly without these.
Advertising and measurement
- Meta pixel (cookie: _fbp). Tells us when someone who saw or clicked a Facebook or Instagram ad takes an action here, and lets Meta show relevant ads. See Meta's cookie policy.
- TikTok pixel (cookies: _ttp, ttcsid, _tt_enable_cookie). Does the same for TikTok ads. See TikTok's cookie policy.
- Google Analytics (cookies: _ga, _ga_*). Counts visits and shows us which pages, ads and sources bring people here and which lead to a booked call. It is loaded through Google Tag Manager, which only loads our tags and doesn't set cookies of its own. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
Functional, set by tools we embed
- iClosed, the scheduler on our free audit page, so booking works and we know which page a booking came from.
- YouTube, when a video is embedded on a page, for playback and its own analytics.
- Google Fonts, to load the fonts this site uses.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How to control cookies
You have several options, and you can combine them:
- Your browser. Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all let you block or delete cookies, including third-party cookies. Check the privacy or settings menu in your browser. Blocking everything may break parts of this or other sites.
- Ad settings at the source. Adjust what Meta and TikTok use for ad targeting in your Meta ad preferences and your TikTok app privacy settings.
- Industry opt-outs. The NAI and DAA offer opt-out tools covering many advertising companies.
- Global Privacy Control. Some browsers and extensions send an automatic signal asking sites not to sell or share personal information. We honor that signal where the law requires it.
5. Do Not Track
Browsers vary in how they handle “Do Not Track,” and there is no common standard for responding to it, so this site does not respond to those signals. The controls listed above do work.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold, or to opt out of targeted advertising. Our Privacy Policy has the details, and you can always email us at support@varsityagency.io.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the tools on our site change. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top.
