These terms cover your use of the website and any free resources we offer, such as the free ads audit. Paid work is different: when you hire us, the specific services, scope, fees, timelines and terms are set out in a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work between you and Varsity Agency. If anything in that signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that work.
We offer a free advertising audit, typically a 15-minute call. A few things to know:
Advertising results vary. Any figures, case studies, testimonials or examples shown on this site describe what specific clients experienced in their own situations. They are not promises, projections or guarantees that you or anyone else will get similar results. Performance depends on many things we do not control, including your offer, pricing, product, website, market, budget, seasonality and the advertising platforms themselves.
If you work with us, you agree to provide accurate information, to have the rights to any content, trademarks, images or claims you ask us to use in advertising, and to comply with the rules of the platforms we advertise on. You are responsible for your own advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok, unless your agreement with us says otherwise.
Our work depends on platforms and tools we do not own or control, including Meta, Google, TikTok, our scheduling provider and the services that host this site. Those companies set their own rules and can change them, suspend accounts, or change pricing and features at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages or policy changes, although we will help you work through them.
This site also links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.
When you submit your details to book a call or contact us, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone or text about your request and our services. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing support@varsityagency.io. Message and data rates may apply.
The content on this site, including text, layout, graphics, video and our name and logo, belongs to Varsity Agency or our licensors. You may view and share it, but you may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
Anything you provide to us, such as your logo, product images and brand assets, stays yours. You give us permission to use it as needed to perform the services, and, unless you tell us otherwise in writing, to reference your brand and results as an example of our work.
Please do not misuse the site: no attempting to break or overload it, no scraping it at scale, no using it to send spam, and no using it for anything unlawful.

Liability relating to paid services is governed by your written agreement with us.
